Indulge in the rich flavors of hot chocolate in cookie form with these delightful Hot Chocolate Cookies. Soft and chocolatey with gooey marshmallows, they're perfect for cozy gatherings.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and gently press mini marshmallows onto the tops of the cookies. Return the cookies to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, just until the marshmallows begin to melt and turn golden. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

It's fun and scary to eat these Vegan Marshmallow Mummies for Halloween or any other party with a Halloween theme. You can make them quickly and easily, and they're great for satisfying your sweet tooth while still being vegan-friendly.
Ingredients: 12 large vegan marshmallows. 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 24 edible candy eyes. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 12 pretzel sticks.
Instructions: Insert a pretzel stick into each marshmallow to create a handle. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated. Use a spoon to help cover it if needed. Place the chocolate-coated marshmallows on a parchment-lined tray. While the chocolate is still soft, attach two candy eyes to each marshmallow to create the mummy's eyes. Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set for about 15 minutes. Once the chocolate has hardened, use a toothpick or small piping bag to drizzle additional melted chocolate over the marshmallows in a crisscross pattern, resembling mummy bandages. Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate drizzle. Serve and enjoy these spooky Vegan Marshmallow Mummies!

Enjoy the best salad sandwich ever, with a toasted bun, a juicy burger patty, fresh vegetables, and a tasty sauce. Great for making a fancy meal at home!
Ingredients: 2 large hamburger buns. 1 lb 450g ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup pickles. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 2 tablespoons mustard. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 clove garlic, minced.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Make two burger patties out of the ground beef that are each the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. For medium-rare, cook the burger patties for three to four minutes on each side on the grill. You can cook them longer if you want to. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster for a few seconds on each side. Put the mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a sauce. Put olive oil in a different pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good. Spread the sauce on the toasted bun halves to make the best salad sandwich ever. On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf. Then, add a burger patty with melted cheese. Put tomato, red onion, and pickle slices on top of the burger. Last, put the top bun on top of the other buns to finish the sandwich. Serve right away and enjoy!

Enjoy chicken quesadillas that are nice and crispy. Making them in the air fryer is easy. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients: 2 large flour tortillas. 1 cup cooked shredded chicken. 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced tomato. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or oil for air fryer.
Instructions: Chop the cilantro, add it to a bowl with the diced onion, bell pepper, tomato, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper. Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Cover one half of the tortilla with half of the chicken mixture. Add half of the cheese shreds on top of the chicken mixture. To cover the filling, fold the tortilla in half, making a half-moon shape. Do it again with the rest of the cheese, chicken mixture, and tortillas. Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Use cooking spray or oil to coat the air fryer basket, or brush it on. Make sure the filled tortillas don't touch when you put them in the air fryer basket. Flip the quesadillas over every six to eight minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the air fryer and let it cool for one minute. Then cut it into wedges. If you want to dip it in something, serve it hot with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
