One thing I hate about some police/detective/mystery series with women as leading characters is they portrait men as if they were trash.

Capitaine Marleau can be hilarious, but very often she scratches misandry.

I really like Frankie Drake Mysteries, but Frankie herself can become a’ Mary Sue’: absolutely perfect in every way, no flaws; knows how to do everything, and if she doesn’t, she learns in a blink and is better than anyone else. And of course, she gets all the pretty guys.

Raphaëlle et Astrid/Bright Minds: at Ra’s office, most men are stupid, ridiculous, childish or, in the case of Dr. Fournier, seem to be ‘afraid’ of a woman being superior in capacities or knowledge. If I were in his place, I’d be pissed off too.

That’s not all. Since a time ago it seems to be a ¿“progresist quota”? that must be accomplished for a show to be aired (not all of them comply, of course🙄), to be accepted by the public. And not for good, not in a good sense.

Now, wait to Tumblr. doesn’t block my account due to this kinda post, or someone report this, ‘cause you know... If you don’t agree, you’re very probably into the Hitlerjugend. Or something.
