Halloween Black Cupcakes with Cherry Filling

Mini cupcakes for a neighbour who was moving away. Just thought it was a nice gesture since they were moving away for work and he was so sad about it.

80 calorie flower pot cakes (Taste good heated up :) 3/4 cup all purpose flour

2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener wasn't too bad either

1 egg

plus 1 teaspoons olive oil 1 teaspoon water i didn't use it once didn't see a difference really 

1/2 cup  of skimmed milk

bake at your highest tempter but with a trap on the top shelf so it doesn't burn as quick bake  for 7-10 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center and comes out clean out

you can make  12mini ones or double size like these made 6

sorry the 80 calories doesn't include the icing leaves ,but who cares you cold use mint leaves or small cut of marzipan  which i used here  :)
