Back in the okanagan after my summer away on the sunshine coast. It's funny the location is the location but great food has no address. When I think of the food style that is our signature. I think of dishes like this. This is VADA PAV, a street food reimagined from Mumbai. This is a take on vada pav actually and technically this would be batata vada. To break it down , it's a potato fritter. If a fritter was kicked up about, I don't know 73 notches lol. Flavour bombed with a tamarind sauce, a dry coconut chutney and a cilantro chutney and Chana flour funnel cake like fried nom nom addictive topping you wanna come back for more and more.
