Project: Spring Comes No-Count Cross Stitch by Needleart World Start Date: 9/3/20 - Day 5 Total Stitches: 860 New Stitches: 90 It's so satisfying to be able to just stitch! With the printed pattern I can just pick a colour and stitch it till I run out of thread - I don't have to doublecheck the pattern, don't have to count many times to find the right spot to place the next stitch, even being colour blind the pattern is easy to read as there is a paper chart with symbols as a backup. Project: Spring Comes No-Count Cross Stitch by Needleart World Start Date: 9/3/30 - day 4 New Stitches: 133 Total Stiches: 770 It's hard to see against the other colours printed on the Aida, but I've been working on more of the greeny-grey leaves of the tree in the background. Spring Comes No-Count Cross Stitch, Day 1.1 - the colours printed on the Aida versus what you can see me stitching aren't supposed to match up, so don't worry that I'm going to have to frog those 110ish stitches I did tonight. Spring Comes No-Count Cross Stitch, Day 1 - as I have to wait about a week for my DMC thread to come in the mail for my other WIP I thought I'd give this new kit a go. I've only ever done one no-count cross stitch kit before and it was very disappointing. The design wasn't wash away like it is here, you just filled in a few spaces, about 50% of the design was printed on and rather inaccurately as well and I didn't like how it looked at all. This design is to be entirely covered with my stitching. Olga Gostin's Historical Queenslander WIP Update, Day 33 - so close to being finished and I run out of my third colour. I've got about 150 half stitches in DMC 3756 Ultra Very Light Baby Blue and no more thread to stitch them with.
