Headcannons about Allister’s opinions on the other ghost type gym leaders?
Allister thinks really positively of the other ghost-type gym leaders (and Elite Four members)! Their type is typically seen as something you don’t want to be around that much, so it’s rare that he gets to be around people who understand him as much. He loves them and is always eager to see them during the world tourneys. Or even just a visit!
He thinks of Agatha and Fantina as a grandmother and aunt, respectively. Their Gengar also get along fantastically and often run off to go play together the second the three of them are together. Morty’s more like a cousin with how they act together, and his Gengar is a little more standoffish than the other three. They still drag him off, though.
Acerola and Phoebe? Sisters. He feels like he can confide in them things he can’t even bring himself to tell his parents. And they understand and help him! Last and oh, certainly not least, Shauntal, who’s like another aunt. Honestly, Allister thinks of all the League Ghost Specialists as family. One big spooky family! With a lot of Gengar.

Trick or treat! Can you believe it’s been a year since we started Something Wicked? As a special treat, we’ve cooked up a second comic--this time about the Ghost in the Forest arc.
Leo did pencils, Jesse did inks, Sphor did colors, and Nya did letters.
If you don’t know, Something Wicked (or as we like to call it, Curse Squad) is a web serial about adventure, curses, and going on a quest to get revenge and get uncursed again. The story is in text form, released serially on our website with occasional supplemental content such as this comic on weekends.
