20. Hook my character on a show on Netflix

"Alright, alright. I’ll watch it. What’d you say it was called again?"

He’d met the woman due to frequent afternoon visits at Granny’s Diner, and they’d gotten to talking, eventually, which had lead to her recommendation of one of her favorite tv-shows. Since he’d recently found out, or rather, rediscovered the wonders of Netflix, he’d considered the idea of watching it, but had stalled a bit. She was very enthusiastic about it, however, and made a very convincing point when she eventually invited him for coffee and to watch the pilot episode. Well—-at least he’d have something to do in the quiet hours of the day. And, knowing him and his like for these sort of shows (and his habit of watching them in one go), perhaps even the quiet hours of the night.

Ariel ducked her head, lips pressing into a guilty little pout as she tried to think of an answer. She was trying to be discreet about her wounds, not wanting to get in trouble, but as she racked her little mind about a good excuse, she realized Andy would have seen right through her and called her out on her lies.

"I-I went to the stables alone and fell off my sea horse." she muttered, little shoulders slumping. "I think Stormy ran away."

//Molly needs to do something with the mermaids.  =)  She's rather fascinated by them, and wonders if they are all mean like the ones around Neverland.

And *pets you too*  I'm partially blaming my asthma meds.  They have me twitching sooo bad at the moment.  Then just other stuff, and I'm like "HOW DO I WORD?"

It doesn't help I have some of my epic paras up on the girls' blog, and my brain is like "No..."  or it's threads like Colorful Mind where I NEED quiet to write.  It's Lei at her most anxious, hell...maybe I'll try to work on it today.

Ashley opened the door to the room and walked in. The Bed and Breakfast didn't have many rooms and the maids normally found themselves working on the same room at the same time. This time Ashley wished she hadn't found Brooke when she opened the door.

"Not a word."

The maid threw the pink sheets down on the bed as she huffed. There was only so much she could do to concentrate lately. Thankfully Emma had given her word for thought -- but that didn't change the fact the bedding was bright pink.
