“it’s crooked, again.” spencer complained, mostly to himself, adjusting the bow tie that had gone cockeyed for the fifteenth or so time since he gotten to the party. “are ties required?”

She takes a sip of her wine and turns to the nearest person, the chiffon of her floor length dress swaying with her movement. “I love seeing the town come together like this. Chewbacca was still trying to adjust to his new situation. He felt like his whole body alignment was being thrown off, seeing how he’d shrunk about a foot and lost most of his hair and, therefore, a lot of extra weight. On top of that, he didn’t know if anyone he knew had made it here either, which worried him even more. Still, he tried to find a distraction. “What are these lights?” He asked, pointing to the small dots of light that were scattered across the buildings in town. “They look like stars.”
“hey, for once the missing thing is not my fault, so i don’t appreciate the accusation, mate.” sure, ezekiel was a thief, but he wasn’t the kind to not take credit. and falsely accusing him was just plain rude, if you asked him. besides, there were much better people (and things) to steal at a place like this anyways.
