Do you run a lot? Should take a calcium supplement and wear a knee brace for a bit if you're a runner. :/ I hope it gets better.

I don't run a lot (definitely not as much as I should!) But the training I am doing is very hard on my knees. Only compounding an already existing problem though, not the cause. I've been taking magnesium for about 2 1/2 months, and most importantly glucosamine and fish oil supplements for about 1 month, but it hasn't really been enough time for them to work their magic yet unfortunately. I have been also looking into a calcium/vitamin C/vitamin D all in one deal supplement as well, but I do feel I am getting good amounts of those vitamins and minerals in my diet at the moment, and also just waiting for one to go on special haha. Jesus I am taking a lot of supplements right now. My dad would be so proud of me xD

Yup, if we could help him see what we see, the ship kind of sails itself, you know? There's no 'work' to be done to make sense of it, there's no explanations to be made. It's easy to see how it could happen, and how wonderful it'd be, not to mention how impactful. I'd imagine the idea of doing something truly groundbreaking and memorable would be enticing.
