Tap-and-hold is my least favorite interaction in iOS. In fact, I use the TextExpander keyboard almost exclusivly to trigger a paste (by typing ",,cl") and avoid having to awkwardly invoke the paste pop-up. My heart longs for the iPhone 6/Plus keyboards with copy, paste, and cursor control! Ye gods, cursor control!
