Had the Monday blues today. Dragged my feet into the muggy box, then it started raining just before the wod. OH JOY.
It's been a while since I've done any running wods, so this was actually a nice change, and the rain felt nice by the third run!

400m /200m runs - Didn't want to blow myself out energy-wise with the first run, so pace was pretty conservative. The other two runs were just recovery for my legs after the presses.. My butt was burning from the lunges!
Curtis presses - 30kgs. These were really good. First round was unbroken, second I think I got about 7 unbroken before arms just gave out and dropped the bar. With the last set of 10, I was breaking it down into twos or singles. Not pretty.
