“Evening Queenie. How was your year? Heard you were having another party this year, so hope you don’t mind the drop by. I also brought my husband this year. This Cole Van Felis. I met him on a business trip. Been inseparable since,” Sephia chuckles.

Sadie was the first to hop out of the slice in the middle of nowhere, sinking down farther than she expected into the snow on the other side and ungraciously faceplanting into the ice. Her sister was quick to hurry after her, pulling Sadie out of the snow as Sergio slipped out last and closed the portal behind them.
“Y-You didn’t say it was gonna be THIS cold--” Sadie sputtered in shock, dusting the snow off her pants.
“I did- Though I guess I should have been firmer about it...” He looks down at Sadie guiltily. “I guess none of us really have been in snow before, huh?” He idly crossed his arms in the cold, adjusting a stray hair out of his face.
“I remember having a beach-snowing kind of day, but...” Phoebe holds her thought as Sergio nodded understandingly. She took a moment to scan the area, it seemed to be in a field some miles away from a small town, and quiet as Sergio had advertised the day before. There was a warm-looking cabin some distance behind them, which Sergio offered to visit and get the girls squared away so they wouldn’t be accused of trespassing.
“Sergie can’t possibly bribe them, right...?” Sadie mumbles, watching Sergio’s characteristically odd human-hobble towards the cabin. “We might have to relocate to a mountain peak or somethin’-”
Phoebe snorts, shaking her head and wiping off a stray piece of snow that was left on Sadie’s head. “We can’t do that, it’s way too dangerous. Could you imagine hiking up Sol Peak while it’s covered in ice??” The older yokai notes as Sadie shakes her head, idly handling some snow.
“Yeah yeah.... guess we better make the most of it before we get kicked out-” Sadie starts, crunching the snow up into a little snowball. “You make snowmen by rolling this on the snow, right?”
“I think it needs to be bigger...?” Phoebe adds too late, as her younger sister tried to roll the ball over the snow, the snow breaking apart on her.
“Bigger huh-” Sadie mumbles, squatting and trying to pile the snow on the ground together. It was looking more like a rudimentary snow-sand mountain rather than anything resembling a snowman at that moment.
Phoebe crouched down to help better shape the sad pile of frost, though stopped briefly to glance cautiously at some strangers in the distance. Sadie didn’t give her the time to stare for too long, pulling at her sister’s cloak to continue helping.
By the end the two managed to create one... well, very large snowball out of the immediate snow. Phoebe had to stop her sister before she went too crazy and took all the snow in the field with it.
“Right, so... next up is the body snowball, I think.” Phoebe rubbed her chin awkwardly.
(And finally the last drawing for Halloween :3)

(They're going to Queenie’s Halloween Party-)

“I’ll be honest. I wasn’t expecting this many to be here,” a voice spoke.
A young woman, gowned in blue, watched as people gathered around in the interior mansion as the party was getting started. Standing near a wall, she was watching people move about; either to dance, chat, or find food.
Having spotted the posters for the open invitational party, the woman took it upon herself to attend. Though as long as she had been her, not one person had talked to her yet. Something about the aura she gave? A spooky vibe? Though one word from her would have diminish those vibes as all she was here for was to relax and have a good time.
Continuing to watch, the woman laid eyes on who she believed to be the host. With an outfit as over the top as her, probably so nobody would outshine her at her party, the woman figured she had to be the host.
Finally leaving away from the wall, she walks up to the woman. “Excuse me? Are you the one hosting this event? I must say, it’s quite lovely so far” she speaks to her.
