To charge, write it on the palm of your hand in some sort of washable marker (or trace it with a finger while focusing on the meaning). To activate, rinse it off by washing your hands!

To charge, lightly scratch the sigil into a bar of soap (or if you use shower gel, draw it over your heart in gel with a finger) while in the shower before something that distresses you. Do some deep breathing for a minute or two, holding your bar of soap. Activate by actually using the soap and making the sigil fade (or by using the gel over your heart to wash).
