Integra (the reason I started watching Hellsing in the first place) - Forced Proximity. I was drawn to her, but I also delayed watching Hellsing for a long time because I thought she wouldn't actually have that much of a role. (Stupid, I know).
In universe (where I'm presuming to be an employer), I think we wouldn't really talk much unless it's important. So, a situation where we're forced to stay close and maybe open up emotionally would eventually lead to something. (thinking about cuddling her while she works and I am studying, or just stay close to her💕-- my heart--)
Seras - Friends to Lovers. When I first started Hellsing, it actually took me the whole first episode for me to really get attached to her. And, since then, she has been one of my absolute favourite characters. Until the end of the series, I was head over heels.
Again, in universe, I would actually approach Seras first and try to befriend her, especially since we are closer in age.... and well, feelings would develop.
To return the favor – I said opposites attract/enemies to lovers because I really didn't like how nonchalant and distant she was so for me I'd obviously call it out whenever (if ever) she were to be a bit cold about like say my aim is shit but I haven't had the proper training right?
So after some cold shoulder, maybe an argument, one of us finally lashes out our true emotions before we get to an understanding where we are with one another and slowly fix that between us.
With Seras I love being able to connect with a character and really love her energy, I remind myself I can be as strong and sweet as she is.
Alucard is difficult to me because I need to have that resemblance with a character, to know on another level and he, I guess would make me feel safe. Idk about friends and partners, just that one person who'd id come to and sit with on a cigarette break.
ik this is very specific but the new grim plushie reminded me of this cat plushie from the barbie and the three musketeers movie.
she had a feature where she would "watch the movie" along with you. saying lines in specific scenes.
it got me thinking if the grim plushie had a similar feature saying things like "fetch me a can of tuna, hench-human!!"

The Twst version is just a regular plushie, but I think it’d be so funny if they marketed it as a companion to watch the anime with you… You press his little tummy or paw and he makes some snarky comment about the various Heartslabyul boys being silly, or how he wants tuna instead of popcorn for the viewing!
Integra is about order and control, if you were to ever struggle balancing work life and college, she'd make a schedule or routine for you to follow. Any adjustments needed are done with you present so this can work out smoothly.
Procrastinating? Absolutely not. She understands scolding and reprimanding isn't going to work from the first time she done it. If anything it can discourage one to take the first step. She decides it's best to let you talk to her about the issue before tackling it with you.
