Stonebrook was the only company I could find online and offline that could produce the level of customization I was looking for. The fair pricing and their willingness to honor their expired discount quotation was a bonus. I was so glad we could pay extra for the computer rendering of both rings, and have half refunded into the actual production. The level of attention to details was definitely two sided, Kamisha (the staff assisting us) was prompt and would think in our shoes for possible alignments for our outer engraving and given width and ring shape. Knowing that we do not reside in the US, she extra asked the studio to take photos at multiple angles of our rings, and since we were out of town, then shipping them at the date we choose. Not to mention, the final rings looked and felt more expensive and delicate than what we had expected. It was the ultimate purchase experience I’ve had.
