Like usual, Halloween versions are under the cut~
There are exactly four gifts, poorly wrapped with too much tape and not enough festive paper. Among this gifts: a stylish blue sweater with a white couple deer and snowflake pattern, a small colorful wooden turtle who's head moves, a real big book about ocean life and a small handmade leather bracelet with a poorly carved design (mika swears it doubles as a hairtie or so written on the card signed, with love from mika)
Kite’s expression has been lighting up with a smile with each of the gifts Mika handed to him. The sweater is cute, and its fabric soft; he’s guaranteed to wear it, especially with its turtleneck. The little wooden turtle is a useless trinket, but Kite can’t deny that he’s immediately fond of it--lately he’s been choosing sentiment over practicality. The book is a welcome sight; it’ll keep him busy for a week’s worth of free time, surely.
But he pauses entirely when he sees the bracelet. “You made this yourself, didn’t you?” He asks with a fond eagerness as he puts it on his wrist. The smile on his face grows slightly as he looks at it; there’s a faint sense of aura in it--a testament to the time put into it, an unintentional addition of familiarity.
“Thank you. Everything is lovely,” he says, directing his grin at Mika in full now as he leans over to give him a kiss.
