What makes a game cutscene a cutscene?
Lkke what are the fifferentiating factors that make a sehment a cutscene and not just more game?
Like there are cutscenes, that are purely animation, no player input required.
Then there's cutscenes, where most is animated, you just need to press a button or two (like for example collecting items in some games.
And then there's some, that are fully just player input.
Is it the scripted linearity of the scene?
Is it the stopping of all ,,normal" gameplay?
What about games, that are purely linear story?
