I can feel that already happening. My body is looking around for very dense foods. Fried foods, guacamole, salami. I don't have cravings for any particular thing; I just get really really hungry in the very early morning. That's why I am a bit concerned that I'm moving away from fat-burning-adaption. At that time, my body should be just naturally accessing stored fat, not harassing me to go eat. And the ice cream. . . it is made with coconut milk; it is not at all low-calorie. I just don't know. Still, I can experiment with the evening snack in particular. Focus on making it a protein/fat type thing rather than a carb type thing.
