Can we normalise filming your sets in the gym please? Unless you have a coach with you every time you train watching and correcting your technique how do you know whether you’re doing it right? How do you know where little adjustments can be made to improve your technique? And if you don’t work on your technique you’re not gonna be using the correct muscles optimally, and therefore you won’t get as good results. I know it can feel weird getting your phone out and setting it up somewhere to film yourself but honestly get comfortable with it. Your training will benefit so much from you analysing your performance and adjusting to do it better. And who cares what other people think, right? Don’t let the judgment of others stop you from doing what you want/need to do. As a coach its so important to see technique so I can help my clients perfect the movements. It’s just as important for me to see my own technique - hence the filming! It’s also a good way to see how difficult a set really was - sometimes it feels kinda tough but when you watch it back it looked pretty easy! Do you film your sets? Or if not, why don’t you? #stronggirls #strongnotskinny #girlswhoworkout #gymsharkwomen #girlgains #workingonmyfitness #gymbunny #cuttingphase #girlswhotrain #girlswithgoals #girlsthatsquat #strongisbeautiful #sheliftsbro #bbgtransformation #squatbooty #notstrongforagirljuststrong #fitover30 #girlswholiftheavy #murves #gymshark66 #gracefituk #gymwomen #gracefitguide #gfg #workoutinspo #workout #legworkout #bootybuilding #squatlow #strengthtraining (at Phoenix Gym Norwich) https://www.instagram.com/p/CPD-nC6j4IT/?utm_medium=tumblr
