CWs!Shedletsky & Dusekkar lore & fact dump!
Did coin flip basically to decide on whether to post this for CWs, or my barely-1-day-old Aeons AU … Still took days to decide whether to post this-

Note some facts may be re-stated, but who cares x’d
Order of Events!
-Dusekkar had been a hermit since the Roblox Nexus System (the way Robloxian’s get between Worlds, and Experiences/Miniworlds) was deemed stable, and the first Admins for the system were no longer needed to help maintain it.
-He still does help with Admin things at times, though he doesn’t often need to do it, with all the Moderators and Admins hired in present-day
The Spectre’s Hadal Realm
-Dusekkar only really started talking with the other first Admins after the Spectre-kidnapping-people incident… (In this AU, ‘Forsaken’ isn’t the actual name of the Spectre’s Realm. It’s called the Hadal Realm… iirc. but they all hate calling it by that name cause any time they did, something bad seemed to happen, so they called it Forsaken instead)
-Shedletsky had been killed by 1x1x1x1. Dusekkar tried to do a Ritual where he’d sacrifice his own life to bring Shedletsky back, but 1x killed Dusekkar while he was trying to do that—neither of them knew the ritual wouldn’t have worked in the first place. (Spectre had already reformed Shedletsky in its realm)
-Even though Dusekkar did his best to try and keep the Survivors hopeful—during later parts of their Forsakening, that changed into him desperately trying to help the other Admins do just that
-His liking for ABCB Quatrain rhymes, was violently murdered by Spectre forcing him to do them for 2 years straight
Shedletsky does a big stupid (Postsaken from here and downward)
-Shedletsky got possessed after doing a very dumb ritual without investigating what the ritual actually did. Tried to kill Builderman, failed (‘barely’), almost died HIMSELF from being possessed… aaand then was found and uncorrupted by the Doe’s before he actually did die of death (again).
-No one knows where the Parasite that possessed him ended up after suddenly leaving him… It’s still out there.
-It’s 80% Shedletsky’s fault 1x even became hostile again post ‘Hadal-Realm’ incident
-After all that chaos, the Admins decided to throw Shedletsky at Dusekkar to have an eye kept on him…
Post-possession Recovery
-For a while Shedletsky would mostly just sleep all day. The reason he was so susceptible to the Parasite’s corruption was because of his mental state… Dusekkar let him rest, but did always make sure to check on him often
-Shedletsky got nosey while Dusekkar was studying magic-related history. They ended up spending all day talking about magic systems. This was the start of Dusekkar making Shedletsky succumb to his hyperfixation obsessive magic-studying too
-He became Dusekkar’s trainee in magics
-They both had fun studying magic-stuff together, and Shedletsky stopped trying to sleep for the rest of eternity 🥳🎉
-Shedletsky then started dragging the poor introvert out in public to do things and mess around
Everything is perfectly okay now! Mentally and physically for both of them!… right?…

Not-random Facts!
-Dusekkar is still a little scared of people. Mainly because some have unpredictable anomalous powers, and he’d obsessively studied how Anomalies tend to function after the Hadal-Incident… His research regarding this, is the only secret he has kept from Shedletsky.
-Ironically, both he and Shedletsky would also be considered Anomalies…
-This implies he would be a little scared of C00lkidd, possibly
-He forbid Shedletsky from going to certain parts of his Library.
-Shedletsky learned his own spells work best with more dark, questionable, and dangerous magics.
-Considering they live in Vigil, a World which hates these dangerous types of magic, part of the reason he started getting Dusekkar to world hop more is because he wants to be able to practice them without setting off any alarms for Moderators.
-(Above Simplified: Shedletsky may be practicing some very shady magic, and Dusekkar is clueless about it)
Actually random Facts
-Dusekkar would feel very uncomfortable in a field of pumpkins…
-Dusekkar is part deer, and cares a lot for those particular animals
-Shedletsky would still eat chicken even if he were part chicken, and it was considered cannibalism
-Even if it seems like it, Shedletsky isn’t actually part bird, nor related to them: He is an Avian Robloxian.
-Shedletsky likes drawing sometimes. Some of the things he draws are too unsettling to share though, so he hides the sketchbook from Dusekkar
-Dusekkar knows where the ‘unsettling’ sketchbook is because of his Soul Reading. He has chosen not to open it, even in curiosity, out of his care for Shedletsky.
-…Also because Dusekkar has enough unsettling-things hidden in his Library, anyways
-Shedletsky used to randomly shout “Juice!” back when the Nexus System was still being introduced to the public. He once got Builder to join in on randomly shouting the word for a while.
-He and John Doe used to talk about random stuff when bored
-Some parts of Dusekkar’s staff are actually from many Incarnations ago. Something about that comforts him, and he can’t explain why... (Glances over at my @/cws-robloxia roleplay where my 1x broke his staff in two, and threw it in a lake:)
-Dusekkar is the most traumatized from three things that have happened to him: Shattering his skull and having his entire head replaced with a pumpkin. Watching Shedletsky die to 1x. And being forced to rhyme for two years straight—and that’s without counting the other countless horrifying things he’s seen & studied.
-If Shedletsky had a therapist, he’d involuntarily be speedrunning giving them trauma

-Dusekkar is his therapist friend.
-Thankfully, he cannot speedrun anything, because he already did that when he died in front of him :)
