Didn’t change much of the exterior, more of the interior. May be boring but I always want a minimalist look in my apartment renos or house build. Anyway~ Here yah go~
This penthouse is a studio type when you first buy the lot and I didn’t put any rooms cause it felt crowded inside if I put any so I just didn’t. The first picture is what you immediately see when you walk in, so that’s where I placed the living/study area, I love what I did with the desk facing the tv so you can watch or listen to the tv when doing computer work. Which happens a lot irl.
I forgot to turn on the lights when taking the ss so it’s kinda dim.
Next, is the kitchen area where in I also put a mini bar ‘cause my sim that lives here wants to be good in mixology.
(I shouldn’t have placed the fire prevention thing there 😂)
Then we go to the patio area(?) the balcony...Idk how it’s called. 😂
I decided to put a small pool, a small dining table for four and the grill is also here. It’s nice to have a breakfast here or a morning dip even an evening dip in the pool overlooking the city.
On the other side of the penthouse, I decided to make the already available empty room into a dance room with DJ booth, dance floor, club lights and stuff. Making it look like a mini club.
This is where Jaime ( ‘jey-mi’ my sim that lives here) have fun with her friends when she invites them over, sometimes start a club gathering here.
Lastly, we have the other balcony area on the other side of the building. I didn’t do much here just decorated it with plants...*ehem* money trees, some benches, there’s a yoga mat for fitness in the morning and an easel. Oh, I also put a bar area here, I figured drinking while or after dancing would be the set up like in an actual club but you’re still at home. At day time, when the weather is good this is where Jaime practices her bartending skills.
Again, sorry if the pictures are dim. It was raining when I took the screenshots. I wanted to post this reno asap so I couldn’t wait for the weather to be sunny again also according to the forecast it will be rainy in the following days. So yeah.
And, that’s my first fountainview penthouse reno, spent hours on this but it turned out nice, I think😂. Just want to share it and put it out there. 😄
