Long time no see errbody. Normally I get tagged to do this every year, but this year I didn’t but I still wanted to post my top (?) 9 selfies of 2018. I think the biggest change is my hair growth lol and yes I am growing it out finally!
2018 was...a year. Probably one of my worst and best. Worst because I was in an extremely abusive and manipulative kind-of-relationship for like 3-4 months? (it felt like a lifetime), I tried to kill myself in April bc of said relationship. I lost my best friend that I thought I’d be with forever. I was used by another person who then of course left my life without warning (he had a girlfriend). I went through another really bad depression this past semester. My ultimate bias was forced out of his group. We had to put one of my cats down literally on Christmas morning. And a lot of really fun other stuff mixed in there.
But it was also one of my best years of my entire life because I met some of my absolute best friends. Em, Karah, Bree, Kait, Haley, Mali, Morgan, and Summer and so many other people you guys were the reason I was able to smile at all during the hard times. Literally only weeks after I tried to kill myself, i got to meet The Boyz, one of my favorite groups and that was literally the best day of my entire life so far. I got to go to my very first KCON and also saw New York City for the first time, and got to see a lot of kpop groups perform live. I even met Golden Child on the streets! My friend group formed 7Lens, our now youtube channel which is so special to me. I was scared about my roommate situation but Morgan although a complete stranger in the beginning was so wonderful to live with and I’m so thankful for our friendship and I’m going to miss living together. I joined a film club at my school and got to work on a real set for the first time and I’ve made some friends from that. My best friend became my girlfriend. I turned 20 fucking years old; I thought I would be dead by now honestly. I got my doubles pierced and I also got my very first tattoo!! And most recently I was able to travel down to Alabama (also for the first time) and see all of 7Lens again and ring in the New Year together ❤️
WHEW. This has definitely been my most adventurous and eventful year by far. I traveled a lot, lost a lot of people but gained twice as many in the process. I’m still working on a lot mentally. School starts again very soon and to say I’m scared would be an understatement. Am I going to fail another class? Am I going to continue to not be able to sleep? Am I going to get into another abusive situation? Will the ghosts that haunt my building finally unleash their wrath on me??? Who knows !!!!!!
I’m thankful for all the good memories and the good music and especially Kevin Moon lol. This should have been posted a while ago but I’ve been both busy and sad lol so here’s to 2019!!! Yee haw 🤙

I’m not in a good place mentally or emotionally at the moment. Normally I do something creative when I’m like this to help but I’ve been too depressed to do anything. So I sat down and forced myself to draw Something. This was originally just supposed to be a warmup but I got too invested in it and I’m actually super happy with how it turned out and I just wanted to share 💛
