Today was tough especially since I had no one to workout with but that’s why I go on instagram. To stay accountable. Cause I know people willl see! I don’t do it for the view I want it to feel like as if there were other doing it too. Since most of the people actually watch me life are@usually coaches themselves or doing the same program I’m doing. So we motivate each other.
