well we didn't end up taking the records she was trying to sell us so there's that at least XD The most we could do was just be polite and respectful as always.

I wish lol. There have been times where the people I work with give customers a little bit of attitude and of course that just makes it worse ugh. I'm just dumbfounded as to how anybody could treat people like this or speak about people behind their back when the people behind the counter can still hear them (and for all that person knew, I could have heard them!)

omg that's horrible *hugs* I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

Wowwww people smh. I've had a similar instance--when a customer comes in to sell things to us, they must present some form of identification (driver's license ideally) so that we aren't buying things from someone that doesn't exist, etc (and it's also a policy that is part of the law it's not just our store) and this one lady got upset because I asked for her ID and she was like "Really? I come here all the time! You all know me!" and I was like "uhmm I don't know you, I'm new" it was really frustrating, so I feel you there.
