Vanessa had managed to stop by Gavin's desk when he had been out somewhere else and placed a well wrapped box in the middle of it. Inside was coffee cup and a bag of artisan coffee. She had been keeping an eye on something to suit his tastes and hoped he enjoy it.

They were words that she had never heard before and that were completely unexpected from the former deviant hunter that had once tried to capture her and Alice. But his days of being a threat to them were long over and she was learning to trust him, as she was learning to trust in general. It was difficult for her since she had encountered so many distrustful figures in her few few days of being activated. It had taken some time for her to bear being outside in Detroit. She still didn’t feel comfortable being out of the house on her own, but it was a big step to be outside without Luther at all. She appreciated the words, but they were contrary to what she felt most of the time.

“Thank you for saying so, Connor, but I really don’t feel that I’ve earned those words. Markus is strong. North is strong. You are strong for being able to break your coding to defy Cyberlife. @cyberlifehub Gavin's birthday from Nathan

Nathan deposited the wrapped box straight onto Gavin's desk without much ceremony. He himself hadn't celebrated his "birthday" but it hardly mattered when he knew some humans really enjoyed it. Besides the gift in the box was something he bought and was looking for a reason to hand over. An individual coffee pot to stay at his desk and feed his own addiction to the caffeinated drink. Perhaps it would help productivity when they were working on a case.

“Merry Christmas, Simon!” Connor beamed, holding out a blue and silver wrapped box. “It’s not much, but I hope you enjoy it!” Inside the gift was a glittering holiday card, a bag of thirium, and a thickly knit sweater. Though androids didn’t get cold per say, Simon seemed the type, to him, to want to look warm in the winter time.

With Simon’s broken thermal regulator, this sweater would actually come in handy, and extra thirium was always nice to have on hand. “Thank you, Connor. This was really sweet of you. Hold on, I got you something too!” Simon turns around and brings out a small box. “I know it’s a little silly, but I hope you’ll like it anyways.”

Inside is a plush Saint Bernard dog, just like Sumo. Simon hoped the stuffed animal wasn’t too childish for Connor’s tastes. As an added gift that was a little more practical, there was also a nice set of pens and stationary that Connor might be able to use at his desk at work. “Merry Christmas!”
