happiness is in the moments that demand to be felt the moments that pull you into them be right here, be right now

i remember freaking out about that billie eilish song because "i think, therefor i am" is one of my cycling thoughts and hearing that song presented me with a way to stop the cycle when it starts, because instead of thinking "i think, therefor i am" over and over and over again, when i think that i now just continue in my head with the rest of the song.

i think i have terrible communication skills i know i have terrible communication skills holding a conversation is different. im talking contacting people. or making small talk. or self introduction. i sit silent in crowds of people often. crowd meaning one or two minimum. i also hate being the new guy. mainly because of these situations my social scene is like a swimming pool thats below your body temp. test the water. tip toe. then eventually i get comfortable to say one pr two things splash around until i'm cannon balling. i dont wanna say envious or jealous but i wish i had talking points to bring up randomly to have a conversation. i might just start asking people what they are thinking about. maybe that'll help. idk.

There is something very relaxing about cycling through a huge industrial estate at 8pm on a Saturday, when its completely empty and singing along full belt with whatever’s playing on your headphones. Singing when no one for miles can hear you
