He joined right after graduating from the college of Dynamics, where his main focus - which remains his main focus today - was displacement energies such as teleports and portal gates, and golemancy. Supported by his non-Inquest partner to the utmost, Korr strives to excel in every way Asura, while trying to leave his kinds usual xenophobia behind.

Age: 26 Belief: Believes most religions to a degree, but follows the Eternal Alchemy Affiliations: Peacemakers, Lotus of Maguuma Type of magic used in-character: Mist magic RP status: Very rarely roleplayed In-game name(s): Operator Tenno (Holosmith) Graduating an excellent student in Synergetics, Tenno became the victim of a rare asura gate accident, whisking her into the Mists, where she spent close to a year, trapped. Emerging haunted by the voice of Zarri, her long-since deceased sister, and stranger magics tainting her abilities, Tenno took it upon herself to come to terms with the apparition of her sibling, and double her efforts in technology both of them were growing up dreaming about. Her self-sufficient, “krewe”, the Lotus of Maguuma, stands as a lesser known, but bright spot in Rata Sum’s list of groups since.

Rorik Baldirsson

Age: 34 Belief: Spirits of the Wild (Follower of Wolf) Affiliations: Lionguard, Wolfborn, Red Pirates, Order of Whispers Type of magic used in-character: Fire elementalism RP status: Not roleplayed In-game name(s): Rorik Baldirsson (Daredevil) Rorik, borne of traditional and battle-loving parents, grew up relatively normal in accordance to how Norn upbringing shapes someone. He showed innate fire elementalism skills from a young age, and has been incorporating it into his fighting style; which, to be fair, still revolves mostly around Norn-esque brawn. Growing up, he took to seek adventure with a ragtag adventuring group whom later turned into the water-and-land-dwelling “pirates”, the Red Mercenaries, occassionally known as “Red Pirates” instead. Lately, he occassionally tangles with the Lionguard, be it for help or more issues.

Anza

Anza is a tall, lanky asura. With few things special regarding her upbringing, she enrolled into the Vigil where she perfected her marksman and recon skills, and slowly, steadly sunk into apathy regarding most things in life. A sarcastic and unapproachable asura, she was thrilled when the Pact formed, and happily continued working under their flag. Recently, she took up the mantle of Security Chief within one of the Peacemakers’ corps in Rata Sum.

Yurii

Once an orphaned child, Yurii was befriended at a young age by the Inquest-parented girl, Yrra, only to later be kidnapped and forcefully experimented on by the very same Metakrewe. Growing up a feral and bitterly angry (otherwise successful) experiment, she escaped to go on a murderous rampage against her captors. Encountering a pair of asura, Phytoxx and Oestt in Caledon, she felt an odd, familial attraction to the first pair of people not out there to kill her. Taken into their protection, and their sylvari friend Ionhara, the group began to rehabilitate Yurii, to find out about her suppressed memories of Yrra, and her magic-dampening augmentations. She is still in hiding with her new family, slowly learning how to be less of a wild animal made of metal, and moreso a civilized augmented asura.

Tristana was born to ex-Peacemaker Baaxt, and Miira, a Rata Sum medic. A quiet Statics student, she grew up alongside her best friends, the necromancer bookworm Qurikk, and the skilled noble girl, Trudy Murray. Later, she graduated with perfect grades and left the city to follow in her father’s adventurous footsteps. Visiting each city to spend a couple years in, she studied mentally and physically both, becoming a freakishly powerful asura; a gentle giant, one might say. Returning home, she found her parents claimed by illness, sending her into a period of grief. She enrolled into the Vigil, under the command of General Thunderfist, and put her combat expertise and leadership skills to good use. This was called to an end when she was given membership to an asura krewe, the Magimateriel Krewe, alongside Qurikk. The two served the krewe well, until its disband, after which they enrolled into the ranks of the Peacemakers. Enduring personal and professional hardships, Tristana ended up at the head of her Peacemaker corps’ Security wing, right next to Qurikk’s forensics chief position. The two continued to serve Rata Sum’s peace, all the while being wary of the oft-dangerous workings of their family and friends delwing into the unknown and the arcane. Recently, both Qurikk and Tristana have left the Peacemaker force, due to the lifestyle leading to one too many taxing occurrences, and being unhandleable. With her brotherly asura resuming his studies into more mysterious venues of necromancy, Tristana herself joined the Durmand Priory, so that she may have more and more access to knowledge regarding a research of her own; the ways of the Firebrand.
