Day 103 of waiting for Bond26 news
It's Bond Showcase time and there was actually something Bond related that released relatively recently! It's a mobile game entitled Cypher 007 which has a unique story alongside settings and characters from the Bond films! It's exclusively on Apple Arcade and since I have an Android phone, I can't really play it. (Moreover, I'm rather adverse to Apple products as a whole for a myriad of reasons)
However, I have watched a few gameplay videos and I really enjoyed the attention to detail! There's nods to several Bond movies from a range of eras. What's especially cool is that we get a in depth look into various familiar locations like Q Branch in terms of scenery. This makes sense given the core premise of the plot where Bond is retracing his steps from past missions. He's been put into a trance by SPECTRE and he's trying to break free of their scheme.
I do think it is worthwhile at least looking into gameplay videos for this game! (Especially if you're into spotting references and into looking at Bond settings)
