DND tonight was funny because we're doing Strahj for spoopy month and my character in this is a rogue. I was sneaking ahead of the party to spy on The Abbot and the DM was kinda trying to set the tone that this was a very dangerous situation. Now I had been rolling like dog shit on everything else but when it came time to roll stealth I was rolling Hot. Like, three nat 20 stealth rolls tonight. So it would be like.

DM: so you see the Abbot up ahead. If you'd like to get closer to listen in, you'll need to roll stealth. You'll want to roll very high.

Me: so that's a nat 20. Plus expertise and pass without a trace is a 43.

DM: ok. Well fuck me, I guess.
