An early map I made for a D&D campaign I’ve been brainstorming recently. Still needs a fair amount of filling out before its campaign ready, but thought I’d share it here!

NYM - The Darion Imperium (North)
"The Northern Imperium is considered the strongest of the three Imperial Spheres, - economically speaking, that is. Its lands are rich in natural resources, and it holds provinces that possess plenty of potential lumber, as well as ideal agricultural lands.
There are some exceptions, though, as the Northern Imperium also lays some claim over the Cindered Desert, where it is said that a forest once existed, which burned down as Andarien wandered through it; her steps aflamed in her wake. There is little value in the desert now, and so it remains largely ungoverned and bandit-riddled, despite the reign of the Northern Imperium. However, the desert does border to the independent Magocratic State of Pyntax; a valuable source of magicked books and mage inventions.
But overall, the Northern Imperium provides much of the necessary food for the rest of the Imperium, and there is often excess that is readily traded to nearby nations, such as Avinter, or the nations of the Thalian Alliance."

D&D map for my Homebrewed World. Legend has it that the world is a sleeping cosmic dragon.
These past few days I’ve been really excited about a small D&D project. The idea was to create a region for the map, and this is my Black Shell Cove.
A small coastal village that survived through fishing, until a harsh season of scarcity began to frighten everyone. Then one day, a massive creature was caught in the nets.Something deep beneath the sea. Unknown… but a solution to the hunger.
The joy did not last long. A strange illness spread among the villagers: barnacles growing across the skin like those on old ships, saltwater filling the lungs, whispers echoing in their ears, and a desperate urge to return to the sea.
Today, there are no inhabitants left in the Cove anymore… (or no?) Yet somehow the lighthouse still works, guiding ships through the heavy fog while the dark shells continue to gather along the shore.
I made this drawing to include in the letters written about the place, and I’m really proud of it!
