New Muse ~ Insik ~ Please like for a short starter Backstory: Many think that wishing upon a star is a silly thing to do and was started by the dreamers who wished for more than what they were or had. Many believed that wishes don’t come true and that all you wish for must be worked for and what was unachievable should never be had but that never stopped children or the hopeful from staring up into the sky, closing their eyes and speaking their wish to the heavens. That was what Insik did and what he would always regret. As a child he was nothing special and overlooked by many who instead paid attention to his friends and with a childish jealousy he wished upon a star for girls and boys to fall for him. It worked but it became more of a curse than the blessing that he wished for. Everyone started acting differently around him and at first, he had been happy but as he grew and aged he found it impossible to get close to anybody without hiding behind his shades. One look into his eyes was all that was needed to fall for him and once that happens there is no hope of friendship, only want from the other party. Instant attraction that left others wish no wish to learn about him nor get to know him, only a desire to be by his side with romantic notions of becoming more. He had hoped that those who weren’t attracted to his gender would be good choices to befriend and yet his popularity still caused problems. Many were jealous of the attention he received and swore that they wouldn’t add to it by befriending the waiter. For a man who was constantly swarmed with admirers he was surprisingly lonely Personality: Upon first meeting Insik may appear to be a flirt but it just the manner in which he acts to avoid hurting anybody. While many people in normal circumstances could take rejection, most could not when it came to him and he didn't want to cause anymore heartbreak than he already had by refusing their advances. It was always better to flirt than act completely disinterested and so that is exactly what he did and in turn that faked flirtatiousness became part of who he was. He is actually very caring, kind and attentive to those he does manage to befriend. Sometimes he feel depressed in his loneliness but he will never show that side to anybody and is constantly keeping up the appearance of a happy and confident man. Misc
