Seungcheol had known that he was close to burning out, he had been more than aware and yet that hadn’t made him slow down. He had been tired but on his one day off, a day spent with a potential friend that hadn’t gone well at all, he had realised just how worn out he was when their changing moods and energy started to impact him so greatly. He knew that it was a matter of time before it was too much, before he fizzled out, but unfortunately for him it had happened at work where he had wanted it to happen the least.
He was putting extra hours in, even more so than he normally would, with a new group having just debuted and so with that emotions of the newly debuted idols and their manager were running high. It was an exciting time, a nerve-wracking time, an exhausting time, and as he spent time following the new group to watch their success he had also been stuck under the jump of one extreme to the other that his mind couldn’t help but pick up on. It had been that which had pulled the last of his energy out of him but he at least wasn’t around the group when his body had given up, he had instead only been around his Personal Assistant.
He wasn’t too sure what had happened, he had been talking to her and passing over documents for her to scan when the room had started to blur around him. He remembered taking a step, the world moving, and then a shout of ‘Sir!? Mr Choi!?’ but then nothing beyond that. The next thing he knew he was in his office chair with a doctor by his side and an IV in his arm.
“Mr Choi, can you hear me?” He knew the doctor, it was his personal doctor, and so he was nodding his heavy feeling head at the words he was asked but as the doctor continued to conduct more tests and made sure that the IV was working properly he could also hear his PA who was still in the room. He must have scared her, he would have to make it up to her, maybe a box of chocolates..
“Hello, is this Jihee? Friend of Mr Choi?” He could hear her on the phone even if who she was calling didn’t quite register at first, he instead was noticing how she was sounding professional as always. He had known that she was the right choice for the job from the moment he had interviewed her. “This is his PA from CH Entertainment, there has been a small incident”
[Don’t worry about the length, I’m just setting up the scene]

Jihee had been worried for a long time and she had made no attempts of hiding that worry from him. She had blackmailed him into taking a day off but at the back of her mind she was pretty sure that he probably hadn’t taken the relaxing day she had hoped he would have had but she really was hoping that she would proven wrong and he would finally have rested.
She was just in her shop pottering around and making sure everything was in order and straight on the displays when the phone in her pocket had vibrated once before starting to ring. It was a number that she recognised easily since she had needed to call up a couple of times and when she answered with a ‘hi’ her voice was bright since she had expected to hear her friends voice. However the smile quickly fell when the sound of the males PA greeted her and the worry in her grew.
“A small incident? Is he okay? Should I come over?”
