no other genre can affect my femininity as much as how the "late 1990s-early 2000s female alternative acoustic soft rock that became mainstream in the south-east asia" genre can. how can i listen to this and not wear a flowy dress and walk along a wheat field with tiny flowers in my hair?

중고딩때 엄청 빠져있던 음악 장르중 하나가 Acid Jazz 였는데

그때 많이 들었던 디사운드의 두 곡.

조금 전 우연히 토킹 토크 노래를 콧노래로 부르는 나를 발견하구 (기억력도 안좋은데 거의 20년전 듣던 노래가 갑자기 입에서 튀어나왔다!) 어 이거 뭐더라?? 가수랑 노래제목 누구더라??? 하면서 부분적으로 유일하게 기억났던 Talking Talk이라는 가사로 검색하니 바로 찾았다 휴. 제목이 토킹톸이였구만.ㅋㅋ

옛날에 들었던 노래를 몇년이 지난 후에 다시 들으면 새삼 잊고 살던 그때의 기분이나 그때의 감정들이 생각나는게 참 신기하기도 하고 좋기도 하다.

이 노래를 한창 들었을때가 아마 내가 고등학교 1학년 쯔음 됐었던 것 같은데, 소리바다에서도 찾을 수 없는 음원들은 직접 CD를 사서 음원을 추출해서 MP3에 넣고 들었었다. 너무 많은 시간이 지나버려 그때 들었던 MP3랑 CD들은 다 어디에 있는지.. 지금은 찾지도 못하고, 노래조차 기억을 못하지만, 오늘처럼 이렇게 불현듯 갑자기 생각나는 노래를 찾으면 잠깐이지만 고등학생때의 내가 된 느낌이 든다.

음악이 가진 힘은 정말 위대한 것 같다고 다시한번 생각하게 된 새벽.
