Eurovision Thought: They Had A Point

Please note, I wrote this on November 6 after finding out about the presidential election in the US. I'm devastated by the results, but I need to keep going because I want to continue giving you guys content.

In 2019, Iceland held their National Final, and Hatari won with "Hatrið mun sigra" (translating to "Hatred Will Prevail"). The song would qualify for the Grand Final after finishing 3rd in the Semi, and then would go on to finish 10th in the Grand Final.

And I do have to say, with their actions (they displayed a banner with the Palestinian flag during the televote announcement, which I support) and the content of the song makes me think, in these deep depths of thought that I'm in right now, that Hatari always had a point.
