One of the last Kaled, tended to by the early-model Dalek 'D-298'. She was raised in a seminary school on an alternate Skaro, one boasting the most genetically diverse range of Daleks. Here, Kaleds are kept in a controlled city as genetic stock. As a genetically unique Kaled, Davros wishes to arrange her marriageto a fit Kaled of his choice. Priya is on the run, with D-298 ensuring her escape. Priya is, overall, a cheerful person. She is curious and eager to new experiences, with hobbies like cooking and metal work. Priya adores D-298, even engraving coins for her and D-298 to hold.

Series: Dr. Who (based on Classic/Genesis of the Daleks)

An older-model Dalek, D-298 dates to the earliest examples. Unlike the other Dalek Mutants, Priya's mother, Vanna, hand-raised D-298 from the very first moments of her life. D-298 was bonded intensely to Vanna, obedient and loyal. Vanna's final, longstanding order to D-298 was to "Protect my offspring. No matter what." Vanna died in childbirth, and D-298 protected the newborn from Vanna's angry husband. The newborn tucked into her tentacles, D-298 took the baby with her to this alt Skaro, to raise Priya among the Kaled population.

D-298's priority is Priya's safety, especially when Priya came of age and Davros began arranging her marriage. She remembered how her 'original' universe's Davros arranged Vanna's marriage to Lt. Nerkol, a man who mistreated her. Thus, D-298 is enabling Priya's escape.

D-298 is unarmed and has not had attached weaponry in years. She later uses the power supply and the slot for attachments custom made by Priya.
