I am not sure if your talking about the drama revolving over a dumb post that I deleted, but I agree so much with what you said.

The only thing I can really advise for you to do and you don't really have to follow it, but as a precaution turn off your anonymous asks. Also if you're feeling really upset and overwhelmed, don't hesitate to log off and take a break from your computer. The more you read the posts about the outcome of this, the more upset you'll get.

People who're going apeshit on you right now probably haven't caught up that it was a mistake and you're taking responsibility for it, or they just need something to rant about, idk. Just don't beat yourself up to the point of no return. Again, we're human, we make mistakes. What matters is that we learn from them and try to improve on them. I know how you might be feeling right now and if you need to vent or anything my inbox is open.

Shaders and lighting mods dont hurt your game? I couldnt figure them out so I gave up lol.

Not at all!  They shouldn't ever do anything like that to your game, since mods are pretty simple to install.  All else fails and you royally screw something up it's a quick and painless re-install. :P

They're actually fairly easy to install!  Then again I've been modding Minecraft since alpha phase. D;
