Well I have now officially seen everything...a Martin “Relic”! 😀 #Martin #D15M #Streetmaster, spotted at @cosmomusic #Toronto. On the plus side, this guitar felt great and sounded good...and even better, it was well UNDER $2k Canadian, even though it said “crafted in Nazareth” inside. That is pretty inexpensive for a USA-made acoustic guitar. I have to hand it to Martin for having made-in-USA alternatives that are still relatively affordable. Not everyone can afford a 4000 dollar guitar. Ok...not everyone can afford a 2000 dollar guitar either, but at least they are trying! 😀.
