Yuu: Yeah?
Malleus: I have been playing that game you and Lilia introduced to me.
Yuu: Are you liking it so far?
Malleus: Yes, quite so, however...
Yuu: What did your Miis do?
Malleus: I have tried to romance our Miis together as mine likes yours, but Child of Mii keeps falling in love with everyone, including my mother.
Yuu: Oh?-
Malleus: I have had both Shroud brothers to assist in helping our Miis become sweethearts, but even with them inside this coding, your mii still chases the hearts of others.
Yuu: Who does my Mii self like currently?
Malleus: You like no one at the moment. Young Spade's mii rejected you because he liked Young Trappola's mii.
Yuu, incredibly invested in the mii dynamics: Oh?? What else goes on?
Malleus, info dump: Well, after I included all of our classmates and teachers, I included my mother, father, grandmother, Silver's parents, Viper's sister upon her request, Schoenheit's rival, and Henric, though Henric lives alone in the far corner. My family all live together, and Lilia visits them often.
Malleus: I added the Ramshackle ghosts and some gargoyles as well, they all live in a house together. I managed to sort everyone into their dorms. The faculty live together, and very realistically. Professor Trein has a pet treasure cat I made to look like Lucien, and Professor Crewel has many dog treasures. You live with Grim, of course.
Malleus: Both Rosehearts and Diamond's Miis like Clover. Young Trappola like you, Spade likes Trappola, Howl likes Spade, and Felmier likes Howl. Sebek has not liked anyone once, though Young Shroud's mii has tried to befriend him.
Malleus: The Octavinelle dorm managed a love shape of some sort. The Leech brothers like Ashengrotto, Ashengrotto likes Viper, and Viper fell in love with a gargoyle. Viper's sister fell in love with both Leech brothers before her current love interest, Silver's father. Asim had fallen in love with Neige, but they divorced.
Malleus: Schoenheit and Hunt have been married very steadily, and the Shroud Miis are living on a faux Isle of Woe. Shroud has a very small island for himself, but appears to be crushing on Bucchi's mii. Kingscholar sleeps most of the time, and has a scuffle with my own mii, but he doesn't seem to care to socialize.
Malleus: I plan to make the Shroud parents next. The Headmage's Mii and my father's mii bonded very fast.
Yuu: That's a lot to take in... I love it so much. But how come you're so dead set on our Miis getting together?
Malleus: I had set Grim as a child of a single parent. I'm sure he wouldn't mind another one.
Yuu: Suuuure. Well, make sure you keep me updated on your Miis.

Yuu: Oh, we're doing this already? What happened?
Malleus: My mii had made a wonderful confession to you on the Ferris wheel, but you rejected me despite our Ultra Friend status and you're lack of crushing.
Yuu: Oh nooo, I'm sorry... On my Miis behalf?
Malleus: I could never blame you or Child of Mii.
Yuu: What else has happened on your island?
Malleus, lore time: Well, the Noble Bell gargoyles and Night Raven gargoyles appear to be hating each other, but one from each have created what you call a Romeo and Juliet story.
Yuu: Oh??
Malleus: And when Child of Mii denied my confession, they had also denied Young Trappola's mii, breaking his heart. It took several cherry foods to cheer him up, but he eventually felt better for Spade to confess. Those two are sweethearts now.
Yuu: Awww, if only irl toooooo.
Malleus: Yes, if only the in real life.
Yuu: Eyy, you're learning. / Hornton knows lingo?
Malleus: The Shrouds have taught be well. Speaking of the Shrouds, Mama Shroud and Papa Shroud became sweethearts within the hour. I'm not sure if they had gotten into the code to ensure their relationship.
Yuu: That's cute, though.
Malleus: Indeed, however my Mii still wallows on in his little room. My mother's mii has visited to cheer me up, but my Mii is depressed.
Yuu: My mii is making me feel guilty...
Malleus: You should've seen how Asim reacted to his mii's divorce. He pulled out his mobile telephone and messaged young Neige about it, and apologized. The two still talk.
Yuu: Way to go, sunshines.
Malleus: Kingscholar's nephew has been added as well. Very energetic and follows his uncle around. Both don't eat their vegetables.
Yuu: No matter the Leona, never can catch a break.
Malleus: I wish to include Rollo next, and Lilia has suggested the two Playful Land workers.
Yuu: Well, I hope your mii gets some good luck.
Malleus: Yes... Maybe it would feel luckier of we were sweethearts with our real selves.

Aside from that, I also would like to say that the design has grown on me after one of my friends pointed out his fancy little coat. I like it. My opinions are very easily swayed by silly character things. I'm also glad to see him getting tattered because boy was too clean for something near the core of Earth.

Lilia stepped closer to the mirror, every motion feeling like a strangled blur.
How come did you leave without saying goodbye?
He had watched you grow beside your fellow first years, he had watched you become one of the most special people in his life through the family around him.
You were there when Sebek got lost your first day here. You were there with Silver every step of the dream hopping way. You were there to be Malleus's very first true friend outside of homely circumstance.
So why wasn't he closer to you before you went through the mirror?
He couldn't allow himself to feel, not when everyone was falling apart. He needed to be a pillar, just until he has time alone.
But he couldn't bare to be alone. He hadn't been alone in so long. When he had the option, he chose to be by your side. Your laughter that once healed him so was now poisoning his mind.
He felt guilty. He felt guilty that he could find love similar to what he had with his long lost best friends, to assume he could have that again.
Lilia knew your smile was plaguing everyone's minds, so much so Malleus had finally learned to be gentle with his phone just so that he could see all the photos everyone had taken of you. Everyone was sharing what was left of you. That's what made the realization hurt so much.
You couldn't bring anything with you.
You couldn't bring anything to remember anyone by, you were doomed to the will of your own memories. You are subjected to forget your friends, to forget Grim, to forget Lilia. You were going to forget Lilia.
And if you were to ever come back, he would be long gone.

Malleus is apparently over at Ramshackle enough to listen to Yuu tell "tales" of their home world. Sleepover possibilities are not discouraged here.
So if Malleus has stayed overnight and gave Sebek the heart attack of the century, would he hum that lullaby? The very lullaby his mother and father figure has sang to him?
Malleus was waiting for the child of man and found himself bored. He began humming peacefully to pass the time. Yuu does eventually race out of the Ramshackle dorm, smiling as they greeted their horned friend.
"Hey Tsunotaro, sorry I was late!"
"Greetings child of man, I hope you're doing well tonight." The dragon fae smiled as he looked down to meet his friend's gaze. "The moon is lovely, isn't it?"
The underpaid shrimp(as Floyd will call them) looks up to the sky to see a beautiful full moon. "Yes, it is."
"So," Yuu smiled before turning their undivided attention to Malleus, "What are we doing together tonight?" Malleus came to a frown, realizing the time.
"My apologies child of man, but I must be returning to my dorm before the witching hour. It's far too late for me to stay any longer."
Yuu was confused now. "Why did you stay so long for me then?" The prefect felt a bit bad for taking so long just because Grim was struggling to fall asleep.
"I wanted to say goodnight before I left." Malleus leans down to Yuu, his eyes drifting along Yuu's face before returning to that unbreaking eye contact. "I hope that we will be able to make up for the list time tomorrow."
Yuu felt even worse. They wanted to spend more time with the horned fairy, but it feels like each night takes longer than before, leaving less time for the two to talk.
"Good night child of ma-" "Will you have a sleepover with me?" Yuu stood strong, not wanting to lose anymore chances from talking to their mysterious pal.
"Pardon? A... sleepover?" Malleus has heard of the sleeping over activity humans entertain themselves with with family and friends. "Is this another one of your spontaneous invitations to get me to stay longer again?"
The smug smile on Malleus's face reach ear to ear, but he was very excited inside. Yuu's answer was blunt, much like anything anything else they did.
"Yes, yes it is." The human grabbed Malleus' hand, dragging him inside of Ramshackle. "I'll message Lilia that you're staying here with me."
Malleus was always amused by Yuu's behavior and was always happy to accept their sudden invitations.
As the two walked inside of Ramshackle, the progress Yuu and Grim has made was noticable as there was no longer broken furniture. There was also less leakage since Malleus helped the Ramshackle residents to putting the gargoyles back into proper function.
"Child of man, where will I be staying for the night?" Malleus' gaze hovers around the lounge of the dorm, wondering where will be his resting place for the night.
Yuu points beside the couch. "We could sleep on the floor here."
"The floor? Is it common for humans to sleep on the floor?" Malleus was surprised at the idea.
"Not directly on the floor. There's still going to be blankets and a mattress. There's one that should be big enough for the both of us."
Yuu started to move the couch and surrounding wood made pieces to make an open space for the mattress. "Can you help me bring it down here?"
Malleus smiled and nodded his head, always glad to help this little human. "I still wonder how you do not fear me and ask me to do such tasks."
"You don't have to then Tsunotaro." The human spoke in a happy tone with a bit of confusion as their strange friend reasked this question. They wondered if people genuinely find him scary.
After a while, everything was set in the lounge and Yuu decided to ask the question they wondered for so long. "Tsunotaro, why do you imply that people are scared of you? How could you be scary?"
"Eh?" Malleus looked up from his burrito blanket moment. He was a bit stuck.
"How- How did you get into that position??" Yuu giggled. "Don't worry, I'll help you out."
After Yuu untied Malleus from his accidental cocoon, they spoke up again. "So about my question- HOW ARE YOU BACK IN THE COCOON."
"I do not know." Malleus was trying to evade the question so that Yuu wouldn't start from him. He couldn't bear losing his friend.
