"Is practise over now, hyung?"
Sangyeon sighed, looking at Haknyeon's doe eyes and hesitating, "yes."
Haknyeon grinned, "ah thank you, hyung! Well done today, see you all tomorrow!"
Before the other members could even begin to protest, Haknyeon's things were in his arms and he was out the door.
"Practise is not over, I just- I couldn't tell him otherwise," Sangyeon said.
"What?! Hyung, I have kids as well! Am I allowed to go?!" Hyunjae exclaimed.
"Fine, tomorrow, you look in his eyes and tell him he can't go home and see his pregnant wife," Sangyeon tutted.
Hyunjae laughed, "what a fool."
Meanwhile, Haknyeon was living up to his roll; jumping in the car and driving straight home, coming through the door with the same stupid grin on his face.
"My love?!"
"I'm in the living room!" you called.
"Angel!" Haknyeon exclaimed, skipping into the living room as you laughed.
"You're happy. And early! Was practise good?" you grinned, lacing a hand through Haknyeon's soft hair as he cuddled up to you, connecting his lips to your own.
Haknyeon nodded, looking up at you: nothing but honey and love pouring out from his gaze, "mmhmm. I don't think practise was actually over but Sangyeon let me go."
"Ya! Ju Haknyeon!" you scolded, a smile playing at your lips, "don't slack on work for us!"
"I was worried," Haknyeon whined, standing back up, not taking his eyes off you and your seven-month-pregnant bump, one hand on the bump, the other entangled with yours, "do you need anything? Want anything? Don't get up anymore, okay? I can do it."
You laughed, "okay, baby. Hmm, watermelon with peanut butter sounds so great right now."
"Coming up!" Haknyeon grinned, leaning down to kiss your stomach before walking to the kitchen.
You hummed, chuckling slightly as you watched your husband and his dazed smile wander off.
“Can I get some water too?” you called, Haknyeon making a noise of affirmation, and returning only a minute later with a glass of iced water.
“Do you want the peanut butter in a cup on the side or spread on top of the watermelon?”
“In a cup is fine,” you laughed, “you can just bring me the jar if you want.”
Haknyeon shook his head, getting up again and returning with a tray of cut-up watermelon on a patterned plate, a heart shaped dish full of peanut butter, a knife, a fork and a spoon and a bowl of jelly beans.
“I know you like jelly beans,” Haknyeon shrugged, an answer to your confused expression.
“Do you want jelly beans, Nyeon?”
Your husband giggled, “that too.”
You smiled, patting the sofa, “can you sit down now?”
“Are you sure you don’t need anything else?”
“Actually yes.”
“What?!”
“Sit down and cuddle me!” you exclaimed in mock-anger, pulling him down on to the sofa.
Haknyeon laughed, “okay, my loves. I’ll stay with you a while.”
