Demon slayer/Kimetsu No Yaiba [ Dad Giyuu ] headcannons
Warning’s: Very small spoilers for the events after the final battle. Also talking about reader or giyuu might be infertile.

A/N: Sorry! That it took so long for me to write this I’ve been too lazy to write! I hope this was worth the wait! Also sorry this one is not as silly as the last one.
♠︎ Okay so it actually took you and Giyuu a while to have baby. One because he’s self conscious two is because he has one arm. You had gone to the doctor many times to see if you were pregnant, Eventually the doctor said that earthier you or giyuu were infertile. Which broke your hearts.
♠︎ You both decided to stop trying and maybe look into adoption, But your passionate hugging never stopped. But you did go through with adoption. You adopted a baby boy who was only 3 weeks old Giyuu and you decided to name him Rio ( meaning A fragrant white flower like the cherry blossom or Jasmine )
♠︎ Rio was born extremely ill and very small, he was also born blind. But he can see a little bit. You were told he might not survive a week longer but you and giyuu pushed through the week and the weeks passed. Giyuu absolutely adores your son, he’s so gentle with him and loves taking naps with him on his chest. He has the most sweet smile whenever he looks at Rio.
♠︎ Even though Rio is adopted he still can pass off as your son, Well giyuu’s son not you. Rio had black hair with very light blue eyes.
♠︎ About six months later you start to experience morning sickness, As well as cramps. Giyuu asked about this and you said you probably ate something bad or something else. You only go to the doctor 3 weeks later because you missed your period and you're gaining weight.
♠︎ Giyuu stayed home with Rio while you went to the doctor. Once the doctor told you that you were pregnant you were shocked you thought it would never be possible for you to have children. You were so excited that you ran home.
♠︎ Giyuu was in backyard feeding the koi fish with Rio strapped to his chest.
♠︎ Once you finally told him he stared at you . And asked if you were telling the truth, you nod in response. He starts crying and holding Rio closer to him, He falls to his knees. He’s so unbelievably happy he thought that the dream of having a child with you would never be possible.
♠︎ eventually he calms down and hugs you tightly. He is over the moon as now Rio will have a sibling to hangout with!. And they won’t be far apart in age too!!.
♠︎ Giyuu isn’t really a materialistic man but he’s been working on his emotions and has been starting to show more emotion.
♠︎ Giyuu will place Rio on your tummy to feel the baby kick. (⋆ඹ͈⌔ඹ͈⋆)
♠︎Now let’s get to the part we’re the baby comes. Your birth was so painful, he could hear you screaming from the next room ( he got kicked out of the room ) your screaming startled Rio as well.
♠︎ The reason why the birth took so long was because you had twins, Twin boys!. Mizuto, Hayase ( Mizuto meaning "truth" or "water" ) and ( Hayase meaning "waterfall")
♠︎ Giyuu and you were shocked it was so hard for you to get pregnant and now you find out you have twins!?
♠︎ But he’d lay Rio next to the twins, and smiles softy. Rio just kinda looks at them and squirms closer to them.
♠︎ Giyuu wishes he was able to hold all three of them but with only one arm it’s hard to do that.
♠︎ He watched Rio and the twins fell asleep. You had passed out shortly after giving birth ( which like you really needed)
♠︎ The twins look so much like giyuu it’s unreal. Same blue eyes, same black hair.
♠︎ Even though the twins look like their dad they don’t really act like him. Ya they can be quiet but they're really friendly and can strike up a conversation with just about anyone.
♠︎ ( alright if you’ve seen my rengoku dad headcannons you know how this works. ✨ first words ✨ ) Giyuu was reading a letter that sanemi had sent out loud, you were Folding some blankets, Rio was sitting in his lap. In the letter that Sanemi sent he talked about how some geese attacked him and his wife was laughing about it. Rio was like “geee-geee” giyuu immediately stop reading to listen to Rio, Giyuu was on the edge of seat waiting to hear what Rio had to say. “ geee-ggee……..geese” Giyuu was shocked and happy but he was also like seriously 😑, ‘ why’d his first word have to be geese’. You were chuckling in the corner.
♠︎ Giyuu sent a letter to Sanemi saying thanks to him Rios first word was geese. ( Sanemi got a chuckle out of that and so did his wife )
♠︎ Ok now the twins!! It was the first day of the year and you, Giyuu, Rio and the twins were watching the fireworks. The twins were playing with a toy from one of the stands. You wanted Taiyaki so you asked giyuu if you could get some, He said yes and told the boys to put back the toys. They straight up said “ no “ Giyuu was in shock, so were you but you got a good laugh out of it, needless to say the boys got the toy and you got your Taiyaki Rio also had some.
♠︎ when your boys are older and are able to walk. They start helping Rio walk, like as soon as Rio stands up to walk they both run to his sides and hold on to his arms. They don’t want him to get hurt or fall.
♠︎ Their always including Rio in everything that they do, Weather that being flying kites, playing ball, exploring they always include him they also explain what things look like to him.
♠︎ If Rio is to week to go outside they will come in and paint with him. Sense Rio can only see blurs; his paintings always end up being scribbles but the boys praise him for his work and make fun of each other’s work to make him feel better.
♠︎ All of your futons are right next to each other Rio being in the middle and the twins on both sides of him. They like to feel like they're protecting him.
♠︎ Giyuu gardens with the boys, There favorite is picking the peaches all of your boys love peaches and strawberries. They like to mix it with whipped cream.
♠︎ Your boys are curious ones and ask why there dad only has one arm. Giyuu would tell them about muzan and tanjiro, nezuko. But would quickly get sidetracked talking about sabito.
♠︎ the boys don’t believe him so giyuu takes them to visit tanjiro and nezuko and Sanemi and tengen, Aswell as his wives.
♠︎ of course there totally shocked by this and ask more questions.
♠︎ you live up on a mountain with peach trees surrounding your lovely home ( I almost put hoe ) you live a relatively quiet life with giyuu and your boys and you wouldn’t trade it for anything and neither would they.

Bakugou:
He was up and down the hall as quickly as the first wail left his daughter’s mouth. He was desperately hoping that the screams were not from a villain trying to kidnap her.
He was relieved for only a second as he saw her safely tucked into bed as he left her earlier that night, but the worry came back as he saw her broken out in a cold sweat.
Careful not to startle her awake Katsuki rubbed her forehead gingerly removing the sweat and bangs from its place matted on the top of her head.
“Kid. Wake up.” His tone soft. The one he reserved only for her.
“Daddy?” Her brows furrowed and her eyelashes fluttered open to see a stoic yet comforting face.
“You okay? I think you were having a nightmare. Scared the hell out of me.” He chuckled, still soothing her as her breathing slowed.
“M-me too. I was so scared Dad. The monsters were trying to get me.”
“What monsters?” Katsuki feared the worst. What if she had seen a villain and they knew she was his kid. That could mean she was being watched and in danger. He couldn’t let anything happen to her.
“From the movie dad. The one I watched when hanging out with the Midoriya’s.” Bakugou’s face scrunched and his daughter winced in fear of being in trouble for watching a PG-13 movie.
“What’d I tell you about watching scary movies with Deku’s kid. Now look at you all scared with nightmares.” Bakugou scolded, but his expression softened. He was just glad she was safe.
“I’m sorry Dad. I won’t watch scary movies anymore. I don’t want any monsters to get me.”
“It’s okay. I promise I won’t let any monsters get you. They have to go through me first, alright squirt.” She nodded and gave Bakugou a small smile, knowing she was safe and in the most capable hands of the #2 hero.
Bakugou smoothed her hair back and placed a kiss to her forehead. “Love you squirt. Sweet Dreams.”
“I love you too Dad.”

I honestly want a raphael husband being the father of my daughters and sons. Literally the only way someone could ever get me to have a child is if it with that man and i stand by that. Fuck yeah turtle dads, LETS GO!! ((Gonna do a part 2 in a bit but i had to cut this short)
Leonardo:
•When Lee figured out the biggest thing he remembers feeling is pride and major fucking anxiety
•Nearly cried that night and the first person he told was his father, who he had always wanted to share this experience with so you can imagine the whirl of emotions he's going through
•He made father-hood his bitch ngl, fucking slayed and then some
•Leo is the stern daddy who helps with the homework and playtime while being percautious all at the same time
•First time your oldest son scraped his knee Leo held him for a solid four minutes wishing he would never have to hear those sad sobs again
•When his kids get in trouble Lee is the parent who gives the really long and boring lecture and then the punishment. Yes he did take the role of bad cop but damnit he hates it being called that
•Everyone will refuse to eat if they wake up and see dad at the table. Even when he tried to feed them baby food it was like they just wouldn't take it from him and he gets so petty when you manage
•The best with lullabyes. He can't tell a story but no matter how old his kids get they will ask for dad to sing
Raphael:
•Had a panic attack when you told him, took a 3 hour nap, remembered, told dad and Leo first, then never took his eyes or hands off of you because you were the most beautiful thing to him in that moment
•The dad your friends like when they come over because he makes the best dinner and is the secind best pillow fort maker. Anything his kids ask he will probably do because bro they're only kids once right?
•Definitley the one who, against your protest, let his kid take a sip of his cold brew. Fucking bust a gut laughin when they spat it all over his lap, he told them it was nasty
•When they get in trouble he has to take a minute to calm down because he knows if it makes him angry enough that Raph will be torn into pieces for yellin at his kid. Hates doin that, so he takes a differemt approach.
•"I'm not mad, just dissapointed" pulled the sad parent card because his dad did it all the time, why wouldn't it work?
•Definitley builds a relationship with each of his kids. From playin cowboys with one and princess with the other or maybe one of his lids got a thing for art. No, he can't draw but danggit he'll try
•Does not matter if he had the worst night on patrol or got his ass kicked fightin baddies. Raphael will hold his arms out for the tykes when they run to greet him and gives a hello kiss for each pretty head ready for whatever questions they have for him abput his night
Thresher Shark-Mer Bakugou

SFW DAD HEADCANNONS
- The first clutch the two of you have gives you 8 pups total
- Katsuki, despite his own pride, does cry a little the first time he gets to hold his pups against him after they hatch
- All while having one arm wrapped around your waist, pressing kisses to the side of your head every now and again, whispering soft words of love and gratitude
- Even though the shark he was 5 years ago— before he had met you— would have said something like “Hah? A family? Please! As if anyone could possibly be up to my standards!”, he still dreamed about it every now and again
- And now with that dream come true in front of him, he honestly couldn’t be happier than this moment.
- Sure, it was a little rough at first; Thresher Shark Merfolk typically had a hard time making it to full maturity— considering merfolk typically reach independent maturity around 5 years and sexual maturity around 18 (even though they have the life span of humans, their intelligence and physique develops rather quickly in terms of survival)— because most Thresher Sharks will leave the rest of their pup’s development to them. So, with that said, it wasn’t likely for them to make it to 18
- Katsuki, on the other hand, wouldn’t even let his pups hunt unsupervised on their own even at the age of 14
- Sure, he let them do the work all on their own, but he would be damned if he stopped watching once and something were to happen to any of his pups
- Even if he’s already fathering his second clutch by their 7th year, he still keeps a close eye on his first clutch.
- But, for the time being
- There isn’t a single thing he wouldn’t do for his pups
- “You want Daddy to get you something from the other side of the ocean? I’ll be back before the week is over!”
- And— to your amazement each and every time— he always makes it back by the eve of the fourth or fifth day.
- At this point, you don’t question it too much anymore because he may as well be fucking magical
- When his pups were first learning how to use their whip-like tails, you would have thought he would lose his patience with the way they were constantly whipping him
- But no
- Instead of getting upset, he would teach them how to perfect their movements to cut down on the drag and save their energy where they could
- You don’t really understand— considering you have people legs all the way— but the pride in his eyes the more they continue to improve is unmistakable
- From day one, there was a new kind of prideful glint in his eye; the pride of a father who’s proud of his kids
- In a way, it’s so heartwarming that it almost brings tears to your eyes
- You say this now, but once while visiting Kirishima and his family, you heard one of your own pups very loudly call “Uncle Shitty Hair!” before nearly slamming their tiny in comparison body into his side
- And if Kirishima, his mate, and Katsuki hadn’t all been roaring with laughter, you might have cried from the embarrassment
- Kirishima didn’t seem to have any hard feelings about it, but Katsuki made sure to let his pups know “just because Daddy says those kinds of words doesn’t mean you should”
- Since then, your pups all refer to Kirishima as Uncle Kiri, while their pups in return call him Uncle Baku
- However, as cute as Uncle Baku is, it’s still not as cute at the day you heard Izuku’s little noodles call your mate Uncle Kacchan
- You’re still impressed that Katsuki hadn’t even shown a little anger over the nickname of his childhood friend rival
- Until you heard your pups call Izuku Uncle Deku
- Then it made a little more sense
- Because of your mixed genetics, your pups don’t need to be mated to a human in order to switch their tail for legs
- Something you learned about when you and Katsuki had completed your bonding marks
- It was honestly pretty convenient
- It meant that your pups could play with Izuku’s kids as long as their energy would let them without having to be in the water
- A part of you feels so lucky to have been the one to end up at his side; being able to see the love in him grow every day the longer he continues to teach his pups
- And you know he’ll never stop finding new things to teach them even after they’ve had pups of your own
- But you don’t hate it
- Because as proud as he is, you’re just as proud of your family too
