Giffgaff's campaigns, their tone of voice and style

I chose Giftgaff's brief and started by researching their instagram account, looking at what artists do illustrations for them and how they convey messages to their users. Giffgaff loves comical, humorous and simple illustrations, which usually come in a set and tell a story. They also have a lot of collages with minimalistic lines that accentuate the pictures.
