Hi Daenerys!

If you don’t mind me saying so, I think you’re incredibly strong to being dealing with schizoaffective disorder! It’s amazing, at least to me, and I think you should be proud.

But anyway! I’ve said this before, but taking care of yourself the best you can is important! Try and get enough sleep, drink water, all that stuff!

Any sadness you’re feeling isn’t permanent! Things can get better! It can feel overwhelming at times, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get through this!
