whatever you did, no matter how bad it was or not, the most you can do is recognize it was bad and grow away from it. you seem to be doing that, so i don’t see a problem here. really shitty it had to be brought up again. really hate the “you fuck up, you’re bad forever” mentality people have. i’m sorry people are like that.
Aye. I actively encourage others to do the same as well. This mentality is dangerous and harmful enough and it is truly sad to see it being clung to. Being upset about people who are truly, repetitively cruel or toxic is one thing but clinging to old mistakes when people are trying to change is another altogether and counter-productive. But it’s alright, it’s not your fault at all, and I appreciate your words <3. The internet has a horrid habit of clinging to negativity and hate. I don’t feel like stoking the fire
