Princia Ramode was going for a drive with the Spark Moon around Red Canyon, as she was confronted by the son of Samurai Goroh, Dai Goroh, who was giving her chocolates. 

"Oh thank you, Dai Goroh. You're so kind." The Princess said giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Thinking about it, I think Dai Goroh would definitely have a Charcadet and Goroh would have a Ceruledge. Dai Goroh probably intends to evolve his Charcadet into an Armarouge when he’s older

Or they could be the other way around (Goroh has Armarouge, Dai has a Charcadet that he wants to evolve into a Ceruledge) but I think the unconventional anime swordfighter jokes are too good for Goroh to not get Ceruledge

Or alternatively given they’re both from the future anyway they both end up with Ceruledge in the end (but Dai still starts off with a Charcadet)
