fluffy asadaisuga headcanons

-suga is nb and uses they/them pronouns. the order of correcting ppl who don't get this right is as follows: asahi first, with a polite "oh, suga uses they/them pronouns!" second is suga themself, who uses a more direct "my preferred pronouns are they/them" and third is daichi, and if it gets to this point you done fucked up bc daichi doesn't play around

-asahi is the first to say i love you, to suga, when they're goofing around in daichi's bedroom waiting for him to get out of the shower. asahi then nearly has a panic attack and suga is too busy trying to get him to calm down to say it back. daichi comes out of the shower and into the chaos, suga explains what happened, and daichi shakes his head and says "i love you, you goofball" and kisses his hesitation away

-suga's love language is gifts and they're constantly buying little things for asahi and daichi

-daichi's love language is acts of service. he's always getting the door for the other two, cleaning up after they eat, doing whatever he can to help them out

-asahi's love languages are quality time and physical affection. he loves casual touches, running his hands through the others' hair, snuggling on the couch to watch a movie, brushing hands together as they eat or do work or whatever

-asahi always sleeps in the middle, both because he loves having his partners on either side of him and because he's the only one who can stand being pressed between two warm bodies all night (at first they rotated, but daichi and suga quickly realized they didn't want that lol)

-suga sometimes ends up sleeping literally on top of asahi, chest to chest

1. Who is the early bird/ Who is the night owl?

Daichi is the early bird, Asahi and Suga are both terrible in mornings until they get showers/coffee respectively. Suga is more of a night owl than Asahi, though. 

2. Who is the big spoon/ Who is the little spoon?

Oh god I like to think the person in the middle changes? Like Asahi has the broadest chest for snuggling, but he’s really clingy so he’s not very good at sleeping between them. Suga probably sleeps in the fetal position or something like it lol. So Daichi is the best at sleeping in the middle and the other two cuddle up to him.

3. Who hogs the cover/ Who loves to cuddle?

Suga is the blanket hog, he’s the one who has the poorest circulation so his hands and feet are always ice cold. Asahi is the biggest cuddler, he likes being held and holding his lovers. 

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)/ Who sleeps in their pajamas?

In the summer, they all sleep in their underwear (boxers/briefs, and probably wifebeaters to prevent the sweaty skin friction yuckiness). In the winter, I think Daichi is the only one who sleeps in underwear.

14. Who kills the spiders?

Suga, the ruthless one.

22. Who goes all out for Valentine’s Day?

With how competitive these three are? ALL OF THEM.

34. Who would wear “if lost return to…” t-shirt/ Who would wear “I am…” t-shirt?

Suga and Asahi both get “If Lost Return to Daichi” shirts, but Daichi won’t wear the “I am Daichi” shirt because he doesn’t want people to know he’s associated with these dorks. 

45. Who is more likely to get drunk?

Suga haha. His sweet tooth does him in when they go drinking.

The first part of Suga Asahi ever noticed was their eyes.

Wide, bright, open, trusting. Breathtaking. Asahi got caught up in them the first time Suga ever looked him in the eyes, and he’s been caught there ever since.

The second part of Suga Asahi noticed was their hands.

Smaller, softer than his own. Where his own hands are generally flat on the court to accommodate spiking the ball, Suga’s are curved, their fingers arched elegantly to set it up for him. The first time Suga had grabbed Asahi’s hand they’d also grabbed his heart, and they never let go.

The list of things Asahi loves about Suga grows every day, even after all these years. Their mouth, inclined both to tease and to encourage, to whisper filth into his ear just as readily as love. Their arms, strong enough to catch him when he’s falling, to hold him together when his world feels like it’s falling apart. Their heart, passionate and fiery and full of warmth.

At the moment, though, his attention is none of those places.

His attention is on their hips.

Sometime earlier they’d dressed in a crop top and a high-waisted short skirt that clung to every part of them, boots up to their knees, makeup accentuating the sharp lines of their jaw, the brown of their eyes drawn out by gold splashed across their lids. They’d grabbed Asahi and Daichi by the hand and dragged them out, into the night, into a dark club, lit just well enough that Asahi can see where Daichi and Suga grind against each other on the dance floor. If his grip on his drink gets any tighter he fears he may break the glass, but he can’t help it. Daichi’s hands grip Suga’s ass, slip up past the loose fabric of their shirt, drag down the line of their chest. Suga moves in time with the music, and this is what Asahi can’t get enough of (he can’t get enough of any of it, completely intoxicated with the way his partners can’t get enough of each other): their hips are sinful, rolling and swaying and looking absolutely incredible under the fabric of their skirt. When Asahi closes his eyes, he imagines himself peeling away the skin-tight clothing, nails digging into their hips, not letting go until there’s bruises, evidence that he’s been there. He swallows hard and opens his eyes again, finding Suga and Daichi just in front of him. Daichi’s pupils are blown wide, and Asahi knows instantly that his thoughts are in the same place as Asahi’s. Suga leans over Asahi, hands pressed to the bar on either side of him, lips close enough that Asahi could lean up and capture them with his own.

“If you think it’s good to watch,” Suga purrs, and their eyes trail slowly down to the bulge in his pants, lingering there before looking back up at him knowingly, “just imagine how good it would be to actually join us.”

Behind them, Daichi nods, biting his lip. Up close Asahi can see where Suga’s lipstick is smeared against Daichi’s neck and mouth, and another rush of desire burns through him.

Asahi downs the rest of his drink and sets the glass on the bar. “Lead the way,” he says, and Suga grins and grabs him by the hand.

Lovesick

((Just a little AsaDaiSuga Drabble I wrote cuz I love my third year threesome.)) They were on the way to the semifinals and if they wasn't enough to make Asahi's stomach turn, the bumps on the bus definitely did. He chose a seat by the window in the back row of the bus. He picked this seat for a reason. It was away from most of the noise and his teammates didn't notice his nausea. The bus went over another bump in the road and his stomach churned uncomfortably as another wave hit him. Asahi was usually quiet on the bus rides, but Suga noticed something was off. He looked at the way Asahi's hands were clenched in tight fists, although he was trying to hide them in his pockets. He was also biting his lip pretty hard. Suga realized right away what was happening. It didn't happen all the time, but Asahi was prone to motion sickness. He nudge Daichi who was sitting and nodded to Asahi. "I think we should comfort our poor boyfriend." Daichi looked over and noticed Asahi's posture. "Aw, the ride has been a little rough. Lots of bumps and stop and go traffic." "Asahi." Asahi swallowed and took a deep breath before facing Suga. "What's up?" "Move over a bit." Suga gestured for Asahi to scoot his way. He looked confused, but followed Suga's instructions anyway. Suga crawled over Asahi's lap and sat between him in the window so he was now in the middle of Suga and Daichi. "What are you doing?" He watched as Suga weaved his arm through his. Suga smiled up at him and laid his head on Asahi's shoulder. Daichi moved over to take Suga's old spot and placed a hand on Asahi's stomach. He started rubbing small soothing circles with his thumb. "Can't have our ace getting sick on us." Daichi said in soft voice. "But the others..." Asahi protested. They weren't exactly out to the team or anyone, really. "No one is paying attention to us. That's why you pick this spot, right?" Suga replied, nuzzling his head into Asahi's shoulder. Asahi nodded and unfurled his hand as Suga slipped his into Asahi's pocket. He smiled a little at them holding hands on secret. He closed his eyes, Daichi's kneading of his stomach settling him down. "Any better?" Daichi asked. "Or does this make it worse?" "Don't stop, Dai, that feels really nice." He dropped his head into the crook of his neck. Daichi felt Asahi's hair tickling him a bit and smiled. "We're nearly there." Suga murmured and pressed a little kiss on Asahi's cheek. "You guys are the best boyfriends." "Thank Suga, he's the one that noticed. This was his idea." Daichi smiled and squeezed Suga's knee with his free hand. Asahi looked around. Daichi had been right, no one was even paying attention to them. Nishinoya and Tanaka were playing a game. Tsukishima and Yamaguchi were napping. Hinata and Kageyama were bickering as usual. He leaned over and kissed Suga. It was quick and chaste, but Suga could feel how grateful Asahi was. He pulled away and gave Daichi a kiss as well. He nestled in between them, feeling comforted from both sides. He didn't remember the last time he felt so relaxed before a match. "I love you, both." Since their first year it had always been the three of them. Asahi should have known his boyfriends would have noticed his discomfort. Suga was super observant after all. Even when he wasn't playing, he helped Daichi strategize. "We love you too." Daichi told him and Suga nodded, squeezing Asahi's hand. The match against Aobajosai was going to be rough, but they had been through this before and they could do it. Asahi had a feeling about this one. They would make it, especially with these two by his side.
