it started with me having to pay check in luggage, with us getting delayed and stuck in an airplane without ventilation, with us not getting the right orders at our first meal of the day, it started with us having a hard time figuring out how to remove the back seat of the car, it started with a broken car battery, with me not getting strong internet connection, with us getting caught by a police officer for a traffic violation, with my contact lens breaking, with me having to buy multiple sims to keep working, with bad internet connection wherever i go and unable to work, with me having to book my flight 3 weeks early. it started with events that didn't go our way, and memories we will eventually laugh about years from now. still grateful. its 4am where im at, exactly 29hrs before i have to go back to my city, i haven't slept yet just so i can use all this time to soak everything around me. cebu i keep coming back to you, i know i havent travelled well but its good to know this is a place i can always come back to and still feel astonished. 7/13/2021
