Morning Routines: For the time managed or Are they too time consuming?
 Ladies be honest, how many of us are getting up and taking our vitamins and probiotics every morning? When is the last time you were able to do a full skin regimen? How about the last time you were able to just stretch your damn body? I mean seriously between having to make sure we look decent enough, trying to be on time, getting a chance to eat breakfast (which is rare for most of us!), and whatever your commute route is, really determines if you have time to do things that benefit your health and mind.I know that it is unrealistic for most to add another 15 minutes to their morning schedule. I know that it can be ideal to even think of anything that would benefit ourselves sometimes simply because of the surrounding factors. A lot of women are mothers, they’re in school, they have extra responsibilities in their household, you may have a partner who wants you to put their needs first, or maybe you’re just too damn exhausted. All of these things are more than understandable. Before I moved into my own apartment, I neglected most of the things that I could do to make me feel more joy or have a more positive and productive day.
 For instance this morning I had the time to take my cranberry vitamins which help with urinary tract health and a probiotic which helps with immunity and digestive health. I will talk more about things that benefit Women’s health in another blog post soon! I also had the time to do my morning prayer and affirmations and 15 min yoga stretch. Now don’t overwhelm yourself trying to throw in too many things in the morning time. Maybe try to meal prep so that your breakfast can be a grab and go. You could even put your vitamins in a baggy and stick them in your purse so you don’t forget to take them! It is also very beneficial to even stretch in the evening or whatever time you get done with your day so you can unwind and find a center. When you come home it is important to release all that energy from the day that you have had and find some peace.Â
 I am going to try and keep this routine going and hopefully add more things to it that can make my days easier and run a lot smoother. Please feel free to let me know of anything you have in your morning/daily routine!Â
