Man, Iām so obsessed with this app! I really recommend it for tracking mood and annotating your daily stuff, steps, photos, sleep records and stuff.
Personally, I found it really useful especially when I look back at things I wrote down and realize that there are patterns in my life that are not so easy to recognize, and visualising them in this cute way really helps - for example:
Iām a weed smoker yāall ngl but three happy stars in a row donāt happen when my pocketās full of pot. I normally show up to work, do my stuff but I can notice the difference in how I write things down, in physical activity and allā¦
In September I was working out every day and eating healthy. I ācelebratedā my bday in October and didnāt really notice how I was gonna let myself go.
This app truly is a nice tool for me. Def works. And Iām starting 2026 with goals and a clean perspective, and more awareness on myself.
