I ADORE how, whether Dingo realizes it or not, that Daios kinda just slowly leaks into Rooster as things progress through that episode.

Like, for example, he gave a genuine threat.

HE'S NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE!!

Like, he's been furious and yelled at people to stop or arranges for something to be resolved, or just killed someone!

But he has NEVER threatened.

And while I think there was a bit of hesitation in his words, probably because even HE doesn't know why he did it, he sounded like he genuinely meant it.

And what about the tremors reacting to Roosters frustration?

Like, he asked if Kore was alright and then yelled about wanting him back, and then the lights flickered and the building shook!!

Oh, I just LOVE how Dingo and Felix work together to play Rooster. >:]

I'm making my very first animation for Rooster/Daios and I'm so excited!!! :D

Rewatching Fools Gold: Sands, specifically for Daios moments, and I'm listening to Ep. 45 and ohmigosh, I love the moment when Kore is describing part of why people are afraid of death!

At first I loved it because of how it shows Kore's own fears of never having a choice in his life before and how his death means he'll never get to experience that, or in the case of dying in a fight, he'll leave the ones he's close with to be hurt or killed as well, without any choice in the matter.

But now I also love it for another reason.

Because after, when Kore says it's like being in Rooster's lamp, and Rooster agrees, I realized something.

Not only does Rooster feel fear of his lamp and what it entails because of how oppressive, claustrophobic, and dark it feels, PLUS the lack of choice, but also Daios hates and possibly fears it in some ways, too.

Not his lamp, specifically, but the thought of never being able to do anything.

Because that's what's happening to him right now.

Because, while I have my own theories of how Rooster and Daios work at the moment, I still think that Daios hates seeing Rooster do everything, and him being pulled along with, with no choice of his own.

At least, not until he gets to grant a wish, and even then it's kinda like he still doesn't have the option to do anything else besides that.

I know we don't know much about Daios's abilities, but we know the basics of how Ifrits work, ask well as seen a couple of things that he's capable of. :)

And I think they'd be a pretty fun match to watch fight. :3
