Daisy serving warm soup to caravan traders and fellow goodneighbors
This is my contribution to the @falloutghoulzine.
Fallout 4: Daisy
“Didn't have any shelter to go to when the bombs fell. Radiation's kind of the ultimate makeover. Done wonders for my skin. I look pretty good for being 220 years old.”
- Daisy, Fallout 4
Daisy had a husband who died during the Resource Wars, though never learned of where he died due to it being “classified information.” You can read more about Daisy here:

New descovery. Apparently Daisy and her shop is outside the normal confides of reality.
Queen shit only
Fallout 4: Daisy
So if you talk to Daisy about her (pre-war) husband, she mentions he died overseas & the government wouldn’t even tell her where his body was, which is tragic & all too common for military spouses, especially those of special ops/rapid deployment teams.
It’s far-fetched, but I believe, in my heart of hearts, her husband is actually Charon…or whoever he used to be, anyway.
I think something terrible did happen (like maybe he staged a rebellion a lá Roger Maxson) & he was caught & subsequently punished by being forced to become a test subject in a secret military project that focused on forcing soldiers to be loyal no matter what.
Fallout 4: Daisy
"Oh, you're back. Can't get enough looks at this lovely figure of mine? No? Guess you'll just have to shop then."
- Daisy, Fallout 4

Random headcanons (oddly specific)
Piper: Mother type, always smokes while working, sometimes doesn't smoke at all for days.
Gage: Always scratching his chin.
Hancock: Loves piercings. On him and on others too.
Nick: Despite his synth body he still sometimes scratches his nose, his head, and stretches his body after sitting for a long time.
Daisy: Makes tea for every caravan trader, or any newcomer in Goodneighbor.
Maccready: Rolls. His. Eyes. All. The . Time. Duncan always plays with his empty ammo cases like if those were little soilders.
Some random "kitchen" headcanons on Fallout 4 characters
Ruby Lennox (my Sole): her soups are awesome but she struggles to make any proper dessert.
Porter Gage: if somebody makes the perfect steak, he is that guy.
Mason: he is not the chef type, but preparing the meat is his strong quality.
John Hancock: Boy he does love to cook, roasts with a lot of wine, soups, pasta anything.
Daisy (from Goodneighbor): her teas are legendary. It warms you up no matter how bad was your day.
Codsworth: no matter how bad your morning starts, your coffee will be perfect. Even after the war.
Old Longfellow: He uses the old recipes he learnt from her wife back in the day. They spent a lot of time cooking together. He is a masterchief.
